Thanks for taking the time to let us know about any problems with GraphCalc. The support mailing list is your prime target for conversation about bugs. Please keep in mind that saying “It doesn’t work” doesn’t help anybody. Neither does “It crashed”. When emailing the list, please include all of the following information:
- Your version of GraphCalc (see about:help)
- Your name and email address so we can follow up with you
- The Operating System on which you’re running GraphCalc
- Is the error re-creatable or seemingly random? If it’s re-creatable, how is it recreated?
- What is the error message, or unexpected behavior?
- What were you expecting? Maybe this behavior was by design.
You may either subscribe to that list if you’d like to keep up with the continuing discussion concerning your bug, or you may simply send the list a single message and request an off-list reply. To subscribe see our lists page.
